Receptionist help me solve problems with internet connection by giving me the key to their conference room, where I could connect to the internet.
The hotel can accommodate handicaped guests. while it is a good idea, it also means that its aesthetics is peculiar but it can also affect tangible things. For example, shower has no doors, but rather curtains that are not particularly comfortable and that oblige you to shower in a closed dark space that does not isolate water well, nor is comfortable. Wireless did not work: I was told my computer had "a problem" but in fact I have travelled extensively with it for now 4 years and this was the first time it had "a problem." Last: the hotel is not expensive but I stayed in rincon del abad nearby before and it is just as good and much cheaper (half the price): I recommend it....

Spent New Year at this hotel with my family and we loved it! the indoor pool was great and we had it mostly to ourselves. the location is perfect for hiking and exploring the nearby mountains, with stunning views of the countryside. the restaurant food was delicious, offering traditional cuisine from the area, and they had a special menu for New Year's Eve that included champage and cotillion. We also appreciated that the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The room we stayed in was a bit dated and could use some updating. the heating system was a bit noisy and kept us awake at night.

The rooms are very spacious, clean and modern, the staff were very helpful and moved us to another room closer to WiFi in the reception area
Wi-fi is not as described, it is not available in the entire hotel - it is only available in the areas close to reception. You do need to let the luke warm water run for an eternity before it gets hot - pity to waste so much water

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms which were perfect for my family. The indoor swimming pool was a great feature, and my kids loved swimming in it. The nearby nature reserve provided a beautiful location for hiking and exploring the outdoors. Plus, the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.
The hotel's breakfast service left much to be desired. We had to endure a long wait before the breakfast was even set out, and the quality of the food was below average.
